How do I view the prints in the collection?We know how valuable your time is and how discouraging it is to have to create a login and only then view the site's content, so you don't need to register to view the available prints. However, you must create a login to place an order on our website and to save your favorite prints on your profile. If you wish to license your print on Patternarium, you must fill out the form on the "License your prints" page after creating a login. When you are approved as a Patternarium Collaborating Designer, new features will be released in your member profile.

Can I upgrade from one license to another?Subject to print availability and compliance with exclusive design requirements, yes, this process is possible. To do this, access the "Contact Us" page and fill out the form, or send an email to hello@patternarium.com.br. It is not possible to downgrade licenses, that is, order a print with an exclusive license and exchange it for a commercial license.

What type of file will I receive?- Commercial license: Open .PSD file (layered) and closed .PNG/JPEG file with color variants (if any). - Exclusive License: Open .PSD file (layered) and closed .PNG/JPEG file with color variants (if any). The art will be unavailable for licensing to other customers and will subsequently be removed from the website.

What is licensing?These are the rights granted to a licensee to use the prints in accordance with the Licensing Terms and Conditions. Commercial license: This license allows you to acquire the right to use the design for commercial purposes, that is, creating and selling products, fabrics, campaigns, among others, with applied art, for a period of 5 years with a maximum circulation of 5 thousand meters or units. Resale or licensing of art purchased on our website to third parties is not permitted. This license does not guarantee the exclusivity of the design, which may be made available to other customers. Exclusive License: This license allows you to acquire the right to use the design for commercial purposes, that is, creating and selling products, fabrics, campaigns, among others, with the applied art. Resale or licensing of art purchased on our website to third parties is not permitted. This license allows you to use the design during the exclusivity period, for a period of 5 years without circulation limitations. What is not allowed?- Use a design outside the terms of the purchased license; - Copy or duplicate the art; - Editing or substantially changing the design; - Licensing to third parties; - Relicense / exchange; - Use the designs in the brand’s visual identity or in any type of registration; - Using the designs in pornography; - Use the designs in a blasphemous or defamatory way; - Use fraudulently or in any way that violates the law, directly or indirectly. What are the forms of payment?Payments can be made by credit card or PIX (for customers based in Brazil). All payments are processed through Paypal or Wix Payments. The security of your payment data is guaranteed by this platform!

Can I request a refund/return a print?In case of artwork contained in your order that presents any inconsistency with what is offered or a problem in the file, please contact us using the "contact us" form, and we will review the situation so that the designer can make the correction as soon as possible.

When will I receive the files?You will receive the files as soon as your order payment is approved.

How do I receive the files?You will be able to download the file directly from the website, in the approved orders section, and you will also receive an email with the download link after your payment approval. You have 30 days to download the files as many times as you want. After this period, you will need to place a new order.

How much will I receive for licensing my print?You will receive a 50% commission on the full licensing price of the print on our platform. This means that, in the case of discounts or promotional actions on our website, you will still receive the commission without deductions corresponding to the discounts applied to the product or at check-out.

How will I receive payments for licensing my print?Currently, commissions for licensing prints will be transferred through PIX (for Designers based in Brazil) or Paypal. Please make sure you inform correctly the payment information when applying to be a Designer. You can only change this information afterwards by contacting us via email. The designer is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and correctness of payment data provided to Patternarium.

Can I send a print without rapport?Yes. At Patternarium you can license prints with or without rapport. However, we will be more selective if your print does not have a rapport.

Can I remove a print from the platform?If you no longer wish to make a print available on Patternarium, you can delete it from the collection as long as no licensing of the print in question has been carried out in the last 30 days. If your print has been licensed, you must wait 30 calendar days for it to be completely removed from our collection. To request the removal of your print from the collection, send an email with the information about the print to be removed to hello@patternarium.com.br with the title "DESIGN WITHDRAWAL REQUEST".

When will I receive my print?After your design has been effectively licensed on our website, you will receive a notification by email. The commission is transferred to the designer within 40 days after the order is approved on our website, however depending on the type of payment chosen by the customer at check-out, this term may be reduced. In cases of cancellation, return or right of withdrawal, payment will be refunded to the customer and the designer will not receive any amount. If this happens, the designer will receive an email with the notification.

What is the price of the prints?When uploading the print to our platform, the designer must inform the licensing price for each print. Minimum value: BRL 200 (whole numbers only). You will receive a 50% commission on the full licensing price of the print on our platform.

Can I make my print available on Patternarium and another website?In the case of prints with a Commercial License, yes, you can also make your print available on other platforms. In the case of prints with an Exclusive License, no, the design must be exclusive and available for licensing only on our platform. In what size and file type should I send my prints?The minimum size is 3500 x 3500 pixels with 300dpi, RGB color mode. You must send a preview in PNG or JPEG and the open file in PSD. We will not accept any other format. If your print has a color variation, you must upload 1 PNG or JPEG for each color variation and only 1 PSD containing all of them. Remember to keep the layers well organized and renamed! The maximum weight for PNG/JPEG is 25MB and PSD 1GB.
